  1. Beautiful shot!!! That is just so crazy to see that you look at your window and see that and we are in the 80's. We are supposed to drop to the low 30's tonight, but nothing like you have there- and of course, will pop right back out of it.

  2. Great photo. As I am typing this there are almost fifty of those doves in my garden. Woops, something must had scared them, they just flew over to the south ravine along the shores of the lake at the edge of the gardens. They will be back. Every day they come here to sit in the locus trees or sit on the ground. Jack

  4. Great shot. He's all fluffed out to stay warm.

We had photos this morning from our daughter, of your Kansas snow. The farmers will like the moisture.

    Stay warm.

  7. Sweet! We still have piles of snow here, too. But 50s by the weekend will feel mighty nice. It has been a long, snowy winter here in Wisconsin. Hope your weather warms up soon, too!

  13. Great shot of the dove! Thanks for stopping by my corner of Katy! Re your crushed basil, I used to have a Copper Canyon Daisy planted in the mailbox bed and spilling over the curb ... I usually could tell if the mail had come by the scent of crushed leaves!

  14. I'm late reading but glad I got to see that snowy image. We are well along in spring in western Oregon, with buds on the early roses, but I do admire the lovely snow and brave bird. Really a beautiful photo.
